YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THIS PLATFORM. By creating an account and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and may immediately suspend or terminate your account if we determine you do not meet this requirement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Trusty Fantasy League. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trusty Fantasy League. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

To participate in fantasy contests, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account
• Not use another person's account without permission

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

3. Contest Rules and Participation

Lineup Building: You must select players within the specified budget and position requirements for each contest. All lineup decisions are final once the contest begins.

Scoring: Points are awarded based on real player performance according to our published Point System. Statistical corrections may be made after contest completion.

Contest Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel contests due to insufficient entries, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Entries will be refunded in such cases.

Fair Play: You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated systems. You may not collude with other users or engage in any form of cheating.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create accounts on behalf of minors
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Trusty Fantasy League, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Trusty Fantasy League or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without express written permission.

Player names, statistics, and related data are used under license from appropriate sports organizations and data providers.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You consent to our collection and use of data to provide, improve, and secure our services.

7. Disclaimers

AS IS: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

NO GUARANTEE: We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of player statistics or contest results.

THIRD-PARTY DATA: Player statistics are provided by third-party data sources. We are not responsible for errors or delays in statistical data.

INTERNET RISKS: You acknowledge the inherent security risks of providing information online and will not hold us responsible for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTY FANTASY LEAGUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from errors in player statistics or contest scoring
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions or omissions of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusty Fantasy League, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or rights of third parties
• Your account or activities under your account

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to meet age requirements
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
